If you answered yes to any (or all) of the above, then you will absolutely LOVE this workshop. Come join us in The Wellness Kitchen with your friends and a favorite bottle of wine while you assemble six (6) whole-food, plant-based, organic, allergen-friendly, freezer meals that your family will love.

All of this for as little as $4-$5 per serving! Each meal serves 4-6 people. All of the recipes, food, spices, utensils and bags are provided. The only thing you bring is your cooler so you can store your meal bags until you get home.

Oh, and don’t forget your wine!

We are committed to creating a healthy community by making it easy to serve your family real food. That is why our meals will never contain processed chemicals or ingredients you can’t pronounce.   • what if my family doesn’t eat a plant-based diet?
  • Many of our clients do not eat a 100% plant-based diet and still enjoy our meals. Our goal is to help you feed your family more veggies. All of our meals pair well with several types of animal protein. We are happy to offer suggestions for any of our meals. Chicken pairs well with most of our meals.

  • what if there are food allergies in my family?
  • We pride ourselves on offering allergen-friendly meals. That is why all of our meals are always free of gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, soy and most nuts. Occasionally there may be a meal that contains nuts. If so, it will always be indicated on the menu. Please advise us of any other allergies when you register.

  • what if i have a large family to feed?
  • All of our meals easily serve 4-6 people. If you need to feed more than 6 people you can purchase 2 orders. You can easily prep 2 orders during your time at the workshop or bring a family member to help.

  • what if i live alone or don’t need such large portions?
  • Many of our clients need to feed less than 4 people. For an additional $5 you can purchase an extra bag for each meal and divide your meals into 2 bags. By doing so, you will leave with 12 meals instead of 6. They all freeze well for future use.

  • does the menu change?
  • Yes, it does. The menu changes each month. We currently have over 85 recipes that we rotate through and we are always adding more. We have many clients who come every month to enjoy the recipe rotation.
