It is long overdue that women over the age of 45 have a program that was developed specifically for them. A program that addresses their needs and concerns in this phase of life.

Thrive45 is THAT program.

It is a program developed to teach women in their 40's, 50's and beyond how to take care of their bodies. Ladies, we are not in our 20's and 30's anymore so we need to stop following programs that are designed for those ages.

It's a wellness program developed to empower women and you get an opportunity to share it with your friends, family and clients.

When you become a Certified Community Coach you are joining the midlife revolution?

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are the prerequisites for becoming a Thrive45 Community Coach?
  • You do not need any specific degree or any other certification to be a Thrive45 Community Coach. However, you must have completed one full round of the Thrive45 Weight Loss & Wellness Course. If you have not done the course yet you can join us for the next session CLICK HERE.

  • How do I begin the process?
  • You will first need to go through the free application process by clicking any of the Apply Now buttons above. Once you complete the application you will be notified within 48 business hours from someone on our team to set up a time for a phone interview. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions and our team member will have a chance to ask you questions, as well.

  • What happens after the interview?
  • Once you have talked with our team member you will be notified within 7 business days whether your application has been approved or not. Once you have been approved you will pay a one time certification fee and then have access to your training.

  • How long does training take?
  • Once you have personally gone through the Thrive45 course you have completed most of your training. There will also be 2-3 books and 2-3 videos that you will be required to read and watch. This generally takes 2 weeks to complete.

  • What does it mean to be a Thrive45 Certified Community Coach?
  • It means you have been officially granted permission to use the Thrive45 program with your own clients. You are granted permission to work 1:1 or in a group setting (in-person or virtually) providing your clients with motivation, support and accountability throughout their time going through the course. Community Coaches are the boots-on-the-ground support while clients go through the Thrive45 course and beyond. Community Coaches help guide their clients through the program to help them create new healthy habits that last a lifetime. Community Coaches also have the option to just refer their friends and family to take the course without creating an accountability group since clients will receive tons of coaching within the course itself.

  • Can I change the Thrive45 program rules to suit my clients?
  • No. You must guide and support your clients through the Thrive45 program as it is laid out in the course unless modifications are required by a medical professional. If modifications are required by a medical professional then those supersede the program guidelines.

  • Can I still conduct cooking demos, classes or workshops like I have been doing?
  • Yes. This certification allows you to guide and support clients as they go through the Thrive45 course and can be an additional service you offer clients. It does not change or replace what you currently offer.
