Brownie Batter Overnight Oats Recipe

If you're looking for a delicious and healthy plant-based breakfast then look no further. This could even pass for a healthy dessert recipe.

My Brownie Batter Overnight Oats is super easy to make and so good for you.

Enjoy!

Ingredients:

½ cup rolled oats (gluten free)

¾ cup almond milk

1 tablespoon raw cacao powder

1 tablespoon chia seeds

¼ teaspoon salt

2 tablespoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to a mason jar.
  • Place the lid on the jar and shake well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Place in refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight until mixture thickens.
  • Eat out of the jar or transfer to a bowl.
  • You can make your own almond milk by blending 1 teaspoon almond butter with 3/4 cup of water and then add to the jar of oats. This would replace the almond milk in the above recipe.
