OPTION #5 - SMOOTHIE PLUS HYDRATE

If you are feeling overwhelmed and you truly do not know where to start then I encourage you to print the 3-Day Reset above and just commit to drinking the smoothie every day and also drinking a minimum of 8 cups (approx 2 liters) of plain water every day. THAT IS ALL! It may not seem like a big deal but I promise if you commit to doing those two things every single day, you will start to see and feel improvement in your health.
