Peach Mango Sorbet

 

Peach Mango Sorbet / Ice Cream

Ingredients:

6-8 frozen peaches

1/2 cup frozen mango

1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger (peel on)

1 tablespoon maple syrup

water (just a little)

 

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. You want the consistency of soft serve ice cream. Only start with a little bit of water and add more if needed. The blender may sound like it is struggling at first. Watch the video for all instructions. 

Enjoy this refreshing healthy treat on those hot summer days or any other time you want to feed that sweet tooth in a healthy way!
