Dragon fruit is also called pitaya fruit and is a vibrant pink color. That pink color is the phytonutrients that naturally occur in the fruit and those nutrients are what protect us from disease.
You can find frozen dragon fruit in many grocery stores with the other frozen fruit. If you cannot find it frozen you can find the powdered form online in many places. If buying it in powdered form then use 1 heaping tablespoon. When purchased in powdered form it is sold as dried pitaya powder.
Add more water for desired consistency.
